Vayu Shakti’s New You bootcamp sets you on the path of a better and stress-free you. You can see the results with your own eyes over the course of the 21-day program.
We are confident that once you see what can be achieved through a sincere effort within 21 days, you will never go back to your old lifestyle. The program will truly result in a ‘New You’.
The program features an initial assessment of over 20 physical, mental and emotional health parameters and these will be tracked over the three-week duration. You will be given a glimpse into the yogic lifestyle with:
– Pranayamas
– Sukshma vyayam (loosening exercises)
– Asanas and kriyas
– Nutrition plans
– Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance
– Acupressure (based on tongue analysis) and more
Our program offers 40 hours of expert guidance through live classes, complemented by recorded videos that will cater to your personal goals. These recorded sessions will be available to you even after the program ends.

All of these will be taught using the Vayu Shakti methodology that combines the three main interventions of
- Yoga
- Ashtanga Yoga (also known as 8 limbs), which includes asanas, pranayamas, dharna, dhyana and yama/ niyama/ pratyahara
- Nutrition
- Follow the principles of a plant-based whole foods diet that comes very close to Yogic diet recommendations of eating more Sattvik food
- These recommendations will be combined seamlessly with Ayurvedic recommendations
- Lifestyle changes
- Ayurveda recommends a very specific lifestyle to live a healthy life in harmony with nature. The key concepts are called dincharya (daily routine) and ritucharya (seasonal routine). Aspects of these routines will be incorporated
These will be supplemented with
- Acupressure based on tongue analysis
- A picture of every participant’s tongue will be analyzed by our Acupressure guru to suggest a customized protocol to be used during the program
